Milestones problem with display

Hi,

I have another problem. When I've finished Project, I try to add milestones and depending on.

But Ganttt diagram looks like in attachment.
How to set that milestones are under feature or User Store, not on the end of list.
It looks like sort is only by ID, not dependings
