Display all "in progress" Tasks

Added by Timo Stricker over 6 years ago

Hi!

Where can I get a overview of tasks that are currently in progress? I need a overview of what my team is working on right now. So a overview about who is working ("in progress") on which task in which project.

Is there a way to display this?

Timo

Hi Timo,

if you want to get an overview of all tasks in all projects which are in the status "In progress", follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Modules" entry (icon with the 9 squares) in the header navigation on the top right side (to the left of the question mark icon) and select "Work packages" from the dropdown menu. This displays all work packages across all projects.
  2. Next, you can filter based on the status "In progress" to only show items which your team is currently working on. (To get an overview all tasks grouped by status, click on the "Status" column and select "Group by" from the dropdown menu.)
  3. To group the work packages by project, click on the "Project" column and select "Group by".
  4. For future access, you can then save this view by clicking on the settings icon in the toolbar on the right side (the icon with the 3 vertical dots) and select "Save".
