Work package: Finish date based on estimated time

Hello,

is it possible to automatically let the finish date of a work package be based on the estimated time? 

Example: I change the estimated time from 8 hours to 16 hours, so the finish date must be one day later for an 8-hour-day... Can this somehow be achieved with time budgets?
