Is there any way to option to view meeting minutes and agendas only for Invitees

Is there any way to option to view meeting minutes and agendas only for Invitees. I need to conduct 1:1 meeting with my teammates and all the team members can see the meeting minutes and agendas. I wish to know whether any option to set this or not. I have also tried to edit user permission/roles but couldn't find such an option for that.

Hi Harish,

there is no explicit permission for this. The best way to accomplish this is to create separate projects for your team members and only invite the respective persons to those projects. This also give users the option to create their private tasks (which only they can see (and however has been added to the project or is a (global) admin) as well as e.g. their own wiki pages for their own notes.

In order to structure this in a coherent way, you may want to set these personal projects up as subprojects of existing projects, e.g.

  • Team project
    • Project member A (personal project)
    • Project member B (personal project) 
    • Project member C (personal project)
