Incoming email settings

Dear community
i trying to setup incoming email via "email notification tab" as described here https://www.openproject.org/help/system-settings/incoming-email-settings/ but the option "Enable incoming email web service" is grayed-out. Do i need to enable something first? i tryied on centos and ubuntu, sames result. thanks tiago
