Really stuck here - ERROR: Module dav_svn does not exist!

I am getting this error when trying to run the "open project reconfigure" command. I had a working setup, messed it up with SSL and then uninstalled apache and am trying to get back to square one. When I try and run the reconfigure it bombs out with this error "ERROR: Module dav_svn does not exist!"

Any ideas? Please help, I'm installing on Ubuntu.
