Project Overview page blank?

In my project the overview page is now blank. When I click on the cog to configure it, it does not allow me to add any features.

See screenshot. This is hosted on AWS and is the latest bitnami release.

Oh, I've same problem and when I trying to add some element into page there is no possibility to select place for it and there's no "ADD" button.
