A colleague of mine deleted some "work package types" such as "User story", "Bug", "Feature"; is there a way to restore these types, i.e. restore the default types?
I have a similar issue where I seem to be missing the Phase work package type. Not sure if it was removed by accident but is there anyway of restoring or recreating that type with the same features.
Hi Nicholas,
I’m afraid that once a work package type has been deleted, it cannot be restored. Whilst you can restore the entire instance using the backup and restore function, any data added since then would be lost. If you create the work package type again, you will need to reconfigure it. This is described in the guide here:
