I think my question is related to this feature, which I love. I had re-scheduled a recurring meeting to happen one day later than it normally happens and I populated the agenda with both agenda items and items about work packages. Later, I also re-scheduled the next meeting in the series to also be one day later when something else came up. Though the meeting that was on 3/22 was opened, we never actually held it and the item automatically got moved to the past meetings section of the list of my meetings once the time for that meeting elapsed.
Today, I thought I'd move the items from the 3/22 agenda that was open to the next meeting which was meant to be held on 3/28 but got moved to 3/29 instead. I went through the process of moving the agenda item, and the final window that opened asked me if I wanted to move the item to the meeting that was to be held on 3/28 and I clicked "Yes". Unfortunately, the items did not appear in the open agenda for the 3/28 meeting.
How do I get those items back? Are they gone for good because the backend doesn't know where to put something that conceptually doesn't exist anymore after it was changed?

Hi, bumping because I'd like to know if I need to file a bug for this or if everything is working as intended.
Hi Trisha,
The meetings mentioned in your post have probably taken place by now. Nevertheless, I’d like to comment on this. Your description sounds very much like a bug that we recently fixed with this bug report: #73741
The fix was included in OpenProject 17.3. If you’re not yet using this version, I recommend that you update your OpenProject instance.
There are many possible variables in this scenario. So if you encounter a similar situation again after the update, please get in touch!
Best,
Alexander
Yep, that was it. Thank you!
Thanks for confirming that, Trisha!
In that case, I’ll close this thread.
Best,
Alexander
