Hello,
Do you see any reason why I can filter the Author field on some users, but not on others?
For example, the work package JIM-184 was created by “Vincent Boussaud”. However, when I use the Author filter, he does not appear in the list.
Vincent has the same issue when he tries to create a query using me, “Laurent Redor”, as the Author.
Regards,
Laurent

For your information, I have just noticed that I can access the profile information of the users who appear in the list, unlike for users who do not appear.
For example:
Kristine Jetzke: https://community.openproject.org/users/100258:
OKVincent Boussaud: https://community.openproject.org/users/100194:
[Error 404] The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed. And I think, that my blank page on https://community.openproject.org/my/page has the same cause
Hello,
Does anyone have any information?
Regards,
Laurent
Hello Laurent,
you can only select project members there. Since Vincent is not a project member, his user does not show up in the dropdown. Sames goes for the user details you mentioned: One can only access public details of users who are project members.
This may be caused by roles and permissions set for the public instance.

Hello Alexander,
Thanks for the feedback.
I understand the reason better now. Although I would find it more natural to have all the Authors in the dropdown, and eventually another filter concerning the roles.
Regards,
Laurent
