Using Inbound Emails in Premium SaaS Tier

Hello,

we'd like to try the inbound email service to create work packages. In the online guide it says that it's already configured (Configuring inbound emails - OpenProject).

To which address can I send my email? I currently receive notificiations via notifications@openproject.com But this seems to be a no-reply mail, I get an undeliverable back.

We host at Scaleway. Is there anything that needs to be configured? Or how do I know which mail to use as a recipient?

Hi Cassandra,

The easiest way to find the email address of your OpenProject instance is to look in your email inbox: Select any notification email you have received from OpenProject and click 'Reply'. The reply address contains an ID. The entire address, including the ID, is your instance email address.

PS: I sent you a separate email via our Enterprise support channel because our Enterprise SaaS infrastructure works a bit different in this case. This is most likely why you received an error message back.
