After clicking on the **Work Packages** menu item for a project, the very first work package in the table shows the month abbreviation in the wrong language.
**To Reproduce**
- Install OpenProject 4.0
- Set default language to English
- Set date display in the form of DD MMM YYYY (3-letter abbreviated months)
- Open a project, then click on **Work Packages** to see the default list.
**Result**
The “Updated On” column shows an abbreviated month in German only on the first line item. See screen shot attached.
**Expected Result**
Everything should be in the user’s chosen language, e.g. all English or all German, etc.
**Notes**
When changing the sort order of the list of the work packages, the problem date gets properly translated.
