### Steps to reproduce
* Create Go to a meeting series using a user whose time zone is UTC that was created in Germany (Berlin time, CET)
* Open Edit the next two meetings template:
* As a different user in a different time zone (eg. CET), edit First, don't change the start time in and go back to meeting series index page and observe the list of planned meetings
* Then, change the time, go back to the meeting template to an hour earlier series index page and observe the list of planned meetings
### What is the buggy behavior?
* Weird things happen:
The meeting series shows the original meeting time in UTC even if it was created and edited in UTC+1 (Europe/Berlin). In the screenast below, it's 10:30 AM.
* One of the existing Certain planned meetings is changed to in the new series do not show the correct time
* They show a time that is offset by +1 hour (12:30 PM in the screencast below)
* As a user, I see three different times:
* 10:30 AM UTC (original),
* One of 11:30 AM (upcoming and the previously open meeting goes back to the 'Planned section next planned one)
* There are two meetings that are for 12:30 AM (all the wrong time (with a -1 hr difference) other planned ones)
* The bug might possibly have been introduced by fix #61933.
_**Note:** In the attached gif (below) and_ [_video_](https://community.openproject.org/api/v3/attachments/372392/content)_, the time switches to +1 hr for some planned meetings; this is normal since the original meeting was in UTC and therefore the same time in UTC corresponds to two different times (in CET and CEST) after March 20, 2025 due to summer time._
### What is the expected behavior?
* Changing the The meeting time should should update all open and planned meetings to series shows the new correct time
zone it was edited/created in
* Note: The edit screen will planned future meetings all show the same, correct time
* As a user, I should only ever see two different times in the user's _local_ index page:
* The series time (maybe this is part of the where the error comes from, becuase the template shows the time in the _original_ time zone).
original timezone (header)
* It should not create duplicate The local timezone for individual meetings with two different times (with -1 hour offset)
