### Before filing a report
### Steps to reproduce
1. Edit the description of a work package
2. Try to reference another work package using one of the [extended syntaxes](https://www.openproject.org/docs/user-guide/wysiwyg/#links-to-openproject-resources), e.g `##1234` or `###1234`
3. When the autocompleter pops up, accept its proposal
### What is the buggy behavior?
The autocompleter ruins usage of the extended syntax completely:
* It turns half of the sequence into a string
* It removes one of the hash symbols from the input
### What is the expected behavior?
The autocompleter should not break usage of any variant of referring to a work package. Probably having the link usable in the edit view is not necessary at all?
### Screenshots and other files
Screen recording has been added as an attachment.
### Environment information
**OpenProject installation type**
* all
**OpenProject version**
Anything from dev, down to at least 15.2 (probably further).
**Browser**
* [ ] Chrome
* [x] Firefox
* [ ] Safari
* [ ] Mobile Safari
* [ ] Other (please specify)
