**As** an organizer or attendee of meetings
**I want to** be able to add items to a recurring meeting
**so that** I don't have to manually add them to an instance of a meeting and copy them around
**Acceptance criteria**
* There are two different types Every meeting series has its own backlog of backlogs: agenda items.
* "Agenda backlog" for one-off meetings. This is a special section where agenda items can be added as a set of items that _could_ possibly be added to that meeting.
* "Series backlog" for meeting series. This is a backlog shared with all occurrences occurences of that the series. Items can be moved in and out of individual meetings or from one occurrence to another.
* Users can drag items in from the shared backlog to add it to the agenda of a particular occurrence. occurence. They can also drag an agenda item _into_ the backlog to remove it from an occurence but keep it parked for later.
* Adding an agenda item to a meeting series adds it to the backlog.
* The "Move to next meeting" action nevertheless move the agenda of item directly to an occurrence, not to the backlog.
* Work packages that meeting.

* The backlog section is displayed at the end of the meeting page.
* It can be collapsed/expanded.
* The backlog is by default expanded only visible in the 'Open' state of the meeting.
* It is collapsed in the 'In progress' state.
* It is hidden in the 'Closed' state.
* The backlog has a more action (⋯) with options:
* _\[open\] (only for Agenda backlog) Move items to a different meeting._
* Clear backlog (danger): removes all items from the backlog (use Danger Dialog with confirmation for this) other states.
* The more action (⋯) of every agenda item in the meeting has a new option:
* "Move to backlog": this moves the item to the end of the backlog
* The more actoin (⋯) of every item in the backlog has the regular options (edit, delete) but also:
* "Move to current meeting": This will add the meeting as the last item of the current meeting.
**Open**
* _\[open\] When a user adds a work package to a meeting, a meeting selector is displayed giving them creating the choice to move it to:
* A one-off meeting: they next iterations, users can choose select to add it to one of either copy agenda items from the existing sections template, or the select a number of agenda backlog
* An occurrence items out of a series: they can choose to add it to one of the existing sections or the series backlog
