**Acceptance criteria**
* The project lifecycle dates move from the sidebar to the main part (below the project description).
* All values are read-only
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* Seeing the dates requires "View phases and phase gates" permission.
**Out of scope - separate work packages**
* Gantt chart
* Duration
* Editing of dates
* Filters
* Project start/end date
* Sortable table headers
