**As** an organizer or attendee of meetings
**I want to** be able to add items to a recurring meeting
**so that** I don't have to manually add them to an instance of a meeting and copy them around
**Acceptance criteria**
* Every meeting series has its own defines a backlog of agenda items.
item
* This is shared with all occurences of the series.
* Users Agenda items can drag items in from the shared backlog be assigned to add it to the agenda of a particular occurence. They can also drag an agenda item _into_ the that backlog to remove it from an occurence but keep it parked for later.
* Adding an agenda item to a meeting series adds it to the backlog.
* The "Move to next meeting" action nevertheless move the agenda item directly to series, an occurrence, not to iteration, or from the backlog.
work package meetings tab

* It can be collapsed/expanded.
* The backlog is only visible in the 'Open' state of the meeting.
* It is hidden in all other states.
* The more action (⋯) of every agenda item in the meeting has a new option:
* "Move to backlog": this moves the item to the end of the backlog
* The more actoin (⋯) of every item in the backlog has the regular options (edit, delete) but also:
* "Move to current meeting": This will add the meeting as the last item of the current meeting.
**Open**
