**As** a project manager or project portfolio manager lifecycle admin
**I want to** manage a project's lifecycle (activating/deactivating steps and see the dates of all stages and gates lifecycle dates) in a table view single spot
**so that** I can get an overview of the project lifecycle. lifecycle administration becomes easier.
This is a part in a series of tickets. ###59180 will turn the dates editable. editable.
**Acceptance criteria**
* The Turn the project's lifecycle administration into a table replaces `Project settings` -> `Project lifecycle`
* The table has the following columns:
Columns:
* Project phases and Gates
Subject
* Read-only display of a step's name
* Type
* Start date
Read-only display of a step's type
* Finish date
Dates
* All The value are read-only
* Each row has a more menu on hover to activate/deactivate the project phase/project gate
is displayed but not editable
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* New permission: "View project phase
* Accessing the administration still requires the same "Select project stages and gates" permission.
* Subject to change in the scope of ###59180.
* Seeing the dates requires "View project stages and gates" permission.
**Out of scope**
* No gantt chart
* No duration
* Dates are just displayed (not editable)
* No filters
* No project start/end date
* Sortable table headers
