**User story**
As a user of work packages
I want to _show comments only_ in the activity tab by default
So that I can better focus on my project team members comments

To reduce clutter the "[Show activities with comments only](https://community.openproject.com/)" should be the default.
To be discussed: Toggle option to change this on global level project level or in personal settings.
