**As** an admin responsible for OIDC providers
**I want to** store supported grant types of OIDC providers
**so that** I can identify all providers that support token exchange.
**Acceptance criteria**
* grant\_types\_supported are fetched from OpenID Discovery endpoint
* Admins can overwrite list of supported grant types for their OIDC provider
* UI changes are hidden behind a feature flag
