**As** a mobile user
**I want to** be able to add emoji reactions to comments in the activity tab
**so that** I see the same information in mobile and in the web app
### **Acceptance criteria**
* [ ] Move all current actions to a single icon button with a more icon (three dots) that will open a drop menu with the options available. The current actions are mark as read and quote reply.
* [ ] Add an extra action, copy link to clipboard, to all comment type activities as implemented in the web app. This action allow the user to copy a URL directly to that specific comment in the work package.
* [ ] Change the current name of the action from "Quote reply" to "Quote this comment".
* [ ] Add an icon button bellow the activities type comment with the emoji icon. This action will trigger a bar of emojis to open.
* [ ] The emojis available in this bar are limited to ❤️🎉👀👍👎😄😕🚀, in this order.
* [ ] Once the user taps on the desired emoji this will be added in a Input chip component with light blue background and a number next to it indicating how many users has used the same emoji.
* [ ] If other users have added emojis to this comment before you will see them in a chip with white background.
* [ ] Clicking on any of the chips will add/remove the emoji in the users name.
