Edit a existing storage and you will see each completed section having a "completed" tag

When admins describe support cases they often refer to it as "the storage being all green" in a sense that it's setup correctly.
In my opinion the green "complete" tags are misleading and we should only display tags for sections that are incomplete.
Problem explanation: Current style does suggest that that step is configured and is configured in a way it should work and have.
Ideas: Make configured state less "green"
Result: Needs UI/UX input
