### **Acceptance criteria**
* For the time entry dialog
* Allow hours to be input in the format: `hh:mm`
* For work/remaining work
* Allow hours to be input in the format: `hh:mm`
* Format them as days
* \[open\] make it clear that it's WORKING days, not actual days (8d 2h would be different than 8d 2h in time logs)
* For meetings:
* Allow hours to be input in the format: `hh:mm`
* When German language is selected: Decimal separator should be using `,` not `.`
* \[open\] For German, how is the input formatted (1,5h 1,5 Std. , 1,5St)?
* Provide a default chronic duration set that behaves as above
