### Steps to reproduce

1. Log in as a user with permission to created work packages

2. On home screen, tap on the +

3. Create any type of ticket and save it


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* 2 animations overlap at the bottom of the screen


### What is the expected behaviour?

Begin of the insertion* Remove the blue background animation on the work packages lists in favour of the snack bars.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion 1. TBD MarcEnd of the deletion
