**I want to** have an improved and more coherent overview tab
**so that** I can read the work package's packages details and edit if needed
**Acceptance criteria**
* The UI will be adapted to follow a bit more the web app look and feel:
Hide non-filled fields
* **Description:**
* UI inside a box with a limit of height of 400px with an action to expand the box "Show all".
* Once the action is tapped, the box expands to show the complete Show more for description text and switches the action to "Show less". Tapping again, the box collapses back to 400px.
(limit vertical space)
* Tapping in the middle of the text opens the edit mode of the description.
* **Fields on sections:**
* All sections have are displayed in a Primer box style.
* All sections are collapsible using the chevron on the header of each section.
* By default, expand only the first section below the description in the work packages forms.
* Ensure that all fields are displayed in the correct section (based on the administration configuration form). Remove the current exception for "Category" and "Dates".
* Compact the look and feel of the displayed fields by reducing the font size to 12px and limit the single line fields to 40px height.
* Remove the icons in front of the fields (keep avatars and colour bullets).
* All fields that are not yet filled are hidden from the view mode of this screen. These will become only accessible on the edit mode.

* Improve anything related with the creation or editing of work packages form (###59061)
