### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a user with permission to create and edit meetings
2. Go to the meetings module
3. Create new recurring meeting
4. On template page, edit Meeting series details (click on upper right cogwheel)
1. Change date and/or interval
5. Save meeting series details
### What is the buggy behavior?
* After saving, 'Finish template' button disappears
* Template is saved even though user didn't explicitly save it
### What is the expected behavior?
1. The original disappearance of the button isn't a problem
1. The re-introduction of the blue banner explaning that this page is a template will help users be less confused
2. Extracted from <mention class="mention" data-id="61387" data-type="work_package" data-text="#61387">#61387</mention>:
This info box is always displayed in the template, regardless of if the template is empty
1. _Why? The blue info box is a familiar/consistent code that reminds users that they are editing a template. Eventually, once they are used to seeing this, they won't even read the text but they'lll see the box and the word 'template' in the tite and those they will be sufficient codes to signal to and reassure the user that they are indeed editing the template._
2. _We should not remove it in certain cases even if the text message might be redundant with the content of the blankslate; the blankslate is a secondary/backup design that gives more context but that we shouldn't expect the user to necessarily read._
