**As** a user
**I want to** receive notifications in my mobile phone
**so that** I can stay up to date with my in-app notifications
### **Acceptance criteria**
* Trigger local notifications from OpenProject based on the notifications in the notification centre.
* The timing of the local notifications cannot be easily controlled, the goal is to aim to the minimum time possible between pulls.
* Each notification should contain the following information in both iOS and Android:
* Work package subject
* Reason to get notified (e.g. mention or watcher)
* Time when the notification was triggered
* User who triggered the notification \[Project?\]
* \[Work package type and status?\]
* Clicking on the individual notification in the system will open the work package activity tab in the app and scroll to the activity that triggered it.
* Each user should be able to control this local notification settings from the user settings in the app:
* Toggle to activate or not local notifications.
* A dropdown with a multiple selection on which kind of participations do I want to receive local notifications for.
* Set in which days of the week do you want to receive local notifications.
### **Out of scope**
* Control the timing between local notifications.
* Immediate push notifications.
* Extra actions on the notification card besides opening the link to the app.
* Setting to define between which hours you want to receive notifications.
