* Perceived problems:
1. There is currently not structured way to document decisions or outcomes
2. This results in cluttering the agenda item with arbitrary text "e.g., Decision: ...."
3. There is no information of the state of an agenda item. Has it been discussed in the meeting? What results were mentioned, if any?
* Benefits and motivation:
1. Address real world meeting practices: Writing down minutes, decisions, or follow-up items happens in every meeting
2. Closing agenda items opens up new workflow possibilities: Move leftover items to the next iteration, close all open items at once, or introduce a backlog.
3. Provide a migration path from the classic meetings that are to be sunset with this functionality.
