### Steps to reproduce
_Please write down the steps to reproduce. Try to write down all necessary preconditions (what permissions do you have, are other users involved?). Example:_
1. Login to community.openproject.org via the mobile app
2. Navigate to a work package to which you have access
3. Click on the "Activity" / "Files" / "Relations" / "Watchers" tab
4. OR alternatively, perform a search for a work package with criteria.
### What is the buggy behavior?
* If there are no current comments / files / relations / watchers, you will see a message
* There is no comments yet
* There is no files yet
* There is no relations yet
* There is no watchers yet
* If you performed a search for which there are no results, you will see a message
* There is no search results with this criteria
### What is the expected behavior?
The messages should read:
* There are no comments yet
* There are no files yet
* There are no relations yet
* There are no watchers yet
* There are no search results with this criteria
