### Steps to reproduce
* On a mobile device, go to a work package list
* Touch on a work package to view it
### What is the buggy behavior?
* When the work package details view is displayed, the page is scrolled to somewhere in the middle of the page instead of at the top of the page
### What is the expected behavior?
* The page starts at the top, without any vertical scroll
* Regardless of what is appended to the end (`/files`, `/relations`, `/watchers`...).
* The `/activity` default route might be responsible for this behaviour but this should not cause auto-scrolling to the tab bar on mobile (at least until we Primerise the tab section to have a separate 'Overview' tab).
### Note
this also happens on desktop when the browser window is not in full width, as long as the activity shows up at the bottom of the page then this behaviour occurs
