**Acceptance criteria**
* When a meeting series comes to an end, either because it has reached it is past the last programmed occurence or because it was manually ended:
* Update the subtitle text in the Header to: "Every {interval/frequency} at {time}, ended on {last-occurence-date}"
* _Note the shift from 'ends on' to 'ended on' in the past tense_
* _Note that we display the date of the last occurence and_ not _the programmed end date (nor the date a meeting was manually interruped) because the last occurence date is a more useful piece of information to someone viewing the page, especially if that person is a project member who was uninvolved in the admin of setting the end date or manually ending a meeting_
* Remove the two sections that normally exist ('Open' and 'Plan') with a single blankslate with:
* Title: "Meeting series ended"
* Subtitle:
* "This meeting series has come to an end. There are no upcoming meetings.
<br>
You can still view past occurrences or edit the meeting series to extend it."
* If the user changes the meeting details such that there are now future meetings planned:
* Reinstate the two sections ('Open' and 'Plan')
* Auto-instantiate the next at least one upcoming meeting.
**Technical notes**
* _to be added_
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* Does not affect or change current permissions and visibility settings
**Out of scope**
* A specific 'Extend series' action
