**so that** _all stakeholders are asked for their approval and acceptance of a new workpackage_

_Example: This could be used to collect votes when reaching a gateway -> asking for approval in a milestone and only progress to the next phase once all approved._

**Acceptance criteria**

* a custom field type, which allows to select users and request a yes/no or accepted/declined vote and only allows those selected users to change their vote Begin of the insertion
