**As** an admin
**I want to** see, if my instance allows me to use generated work package subjects
**so that** I can decide to upgrade instantly to support OP. (\*cough)
**Acceptance criteria**
* If the enterprise token is not active:
* An enterprise banner is shown on top of the `Subject configuration` tab content
* If the current mode is `manually editable subjects` the admin must not be allowed to enable mode `automatically generated subjects`.
* If the current mode is `automatically generated subjects` the admin must be allowed to enable mode `manually editable subjects`.
* If the current mode is `automatically generated subjects` the admin must be allowed to still edit and save the current pattern.
