* Update template blankslate so it's clear first occurrence is not yet instantiated.

* WhenEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion finishEnd of the deletion the Begin of the insertionblankslate is shown, the blue banner informating about the template is not shown (reducing duplicate content)End of the insertion Begin of the deletion setupEnd of the deletion

* Add action button to template header "Finish template", instantiating the first occurrence when pressed

* The button is not shown if any occurrence of the meeting series is already instantiated
