### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a user with permissions to create meetings
2. Go to the Meetings module
3. Click on '+Meeting' and select Recurring
4. Make sure the date is in the future, so that the meeting series starts in the future
5. Create recurring Meeting
6. On the next page, click on Finish template
7. On the meeting series page, click on the first meeting (we'll call it meeting A)
8. On the meeting A page, click on the cogwheel
9. On the meeting details modal, change the date to a past date
10. Go back to the meeting series page
### What is the buggy behavior?
* meeting A is still showing in the upcoming tab
* Date is stroke through (i guess to show it was edited, which is nice but maybe superfluous here?)
* meeting A is not showing in the past tab
### What is the expected behavior?
1. It meeting A is not possible to schedule an upcoming occurrence to before showing up in the current date Past tab
2. meeting A validation error is shown not in that case the Upcoming tab
3. as for the stroke through date, i'm not sure what should be the expectation here
