### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with permissions to edit meetings

2. Open any existing meeting (this one for example [https://qa.openproject-edge.com/projects/test-project-cecile/meetings/283)](https://qa.openproject-edge.com/projects/test-project-cecile/meetings/283)

3. Open the list of participants

4. Hover over the profile picture of any participant


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The user card appears behind the participants modal

* Card is partially hidden


### What is the expected behavior?

1. Card Begin of the insertionshouldEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion either doesn't appear at all in this context or itEnd of the deletion appears on top of the invite participants modal
