* After creating a meeting series, redirect to theEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion  UpdateEnd of the deletion template Begin of the insertion

* Update templateEnd of the insertion blansklate so it's clear first occurrence is not yet Begin of the insertioninstantiated.

* Add action button to template to "finish" it, instantiating the first occurrence as a result
