A meeting series show page allows to instantiate an occurrence by explicitly "Create from template".
* Are there conditions when a meeting is automatically instantiated?
* If so, when?
* **PS:** Yes, the next one should be auto-instantiated, based on the frequency. For example:
* for a daily meeting, an occurence is automatically intantiated a day before before the actual date and time (In other words, tomorrow's meeting is instantiated on the day of today's meeting).
* for a weekly meeting, an occurence is automatically instantiated a week before the actual date and time (In other words, next week's meeting is instantiated on the day of this week's meeting)
* What happens when you instantiate them, are there notifications being sent out, ICS invites?
* PS: Requires discussion. Depends on whether the ICS leads to the meeting series index or that individual occurence.
