**As** a project manager
**I want to** export good looking work packages
**so that** work packages that require a handwritten signature for approval can be presented without looking broken/chaotic
Status quo:
When exporting a work package as PDF, the description does not take page brakes into consideration.

**Acceptance criteria**
* [x] If the paragraph after a new headline won't fit the rest of the page, a page break gets inserted before, already implemented since OP 13.0
* [ ] Manually insert page brakes between paragraphs that get honored during export
