**I want to** mark a value and its descendants as deleted
**so that** I can no longer assign those values to work package custom field values.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Begin of the insertionArchived items shown disabled

* Can be reordered manually by user but no other action

* Archived elements should not show up in the dropdown-select

* Unarchive should be possible
