After resizing the window, the text field is missing in **Backlogs**
### Preconditions:
-
Make your browser window smaller (see attachment)
- Backlogs module is activated
- There is an active version displayed in Backlogs
### Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to **Backlogs**
2. Hover over the arrow on the left side of the backlog version
3. Click **New Story**
### Actual result:
The text field is missing (see attachment)
### Expected result:
The elements from the page should not disappear or to be hidden when window is resized
