**Context**
This is a Primerised version of the existing document hocver card. It is designed to show contextual information about work packages on hover.
It is also designed to such that it can keep the same or siilar layout in other formats:
* Work package card in boards
* Calendar entry
* Team planner block
* ...
**Acceptance criteria**
* We will first Primerise the existing condensed hover card
* ##58512 See documentation in Lookbook: <mention class="mention" data-id="58267" data-type="work_package" data-text="#58267">#58267</mention>
* At a later stage, there There will also an "expanded" version that presents work package attributes in rows, in two versions:
* **With only standard work package attributes**
* **Also with custom fields**
* Admin-configurable:
* Limited to a maximum of between 5-10 attributes
* There will be a default set of attributes (project, status, assignee, dates)
* This can be modified at a per-project level by the project admin
