**Context**
This is a Primerised version of the existing document hocver card. It is designed to show contextual information about work packages on hover.
It is also designed to such that it can keep the same or siilar layout in other formats:
* Work package card in boards
* Calendar entry
* Team planner block
* ...
**Acceptance criteria**
* We will Primerise For the current format: see existing condensed hover card

* There will also an "expanded" version that presents work package attributes in rows, in For the new format, we have two different versions:
* **With **Basic:** with only standard work package attributes** attributes
* **Also with **With custom fields**
* Admin-configurable:
* Limited fields:** if we implement a feature to a maximum of between 5-10 let admins configure which attributes
* There will be a default set of attributes (project, status, assignee, dates)
* This can be modified at a per-project level by are shown in the project admin hover card
