**Context**

This is a Primerised version of the existing document hocver card. It is designed to show contextual information about work packages on hover. 

It is also designed to such that it can keep the same or siilar layout in other formats:

* Work package card in boards

* Calendar entry

* Team planner block

* ...


**Acceptance criteria**

* For the new format, we have two different versions:

* **Basic:** with only standard work package attributes

* **With custom fields:** if we implement a feature to let admins configure which attributes are shown in the hover card
