### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Administration > Work packages > Statuses
2. Edit the default status (probably "New" status)
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The "Default value" checkbox is not visible
* The "Work package read-only" can be selected, but will lead to an error when trying to save, because a default status cannot be read-only.
### What is the expected behavior?
1. The "Default value" checkbox must be visible for all types.
1. With caption: label: "New work packages are by default set to this type. They cannot be read-only."
2. When the Default checkbox is checked, the _Read-only_ checkbox must be unchecked and disabled.
3. When the Read-only checkbox is enabled, the Default checkbox is still available (it's not disabled).
