### Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure email notifications for ticket mentions are on and you're receiving the emails
2. As user A, mention user B in a ticket description
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The notification email does not show a text preview
* When user opens notification, the redirect goes to the ticket comments, their attention is not visually taken to the place where the real user mention was (in this case the ticket description)
### What is the expected behavior?
If we're able to include the actual snippet of the description where the user is mentioned, that would of course be ideal. TBD <mention class="mention" data-id="72513" data-type="user" data-text="@Parimal Satyal">@Parimal Satyal</mention> <mention class="mention" data-id="39106" data-type="user" data-text="@Henriette Darge">@Henriette Darge</mention>
If that's not immediately possible, then I would recommend:
* Changing the second line to: "{User} mentioned in the text of this workpackage"
* Changing the button text to: "See in notification center"
* Adding a text where the comment snippet would normally go: "Please open this work package for context"
