### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with permissions to create meetings in project A

2. Create a meeting for any date in the past, add at least one participant

3. Click on "Email an alle Teilnehmer senden"


### What is the buggy behavior?

* Email is being sent as an invitation like when you send it prior to the meeting with ICS File etc.


### What is the expected behavior?

Begin of the insertion* WhenEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion 1. Should beEnd of the deletion a Begin of the deletion summary, so people e.g. who had no time to attend, can follow up to the topics of theEnd of the deletion meeting Begin of the insertionis closed,

* hide the "Send email to all participant" option
