**As** a reader of a meeting agenda
**I want to** be able to dismiss the blue flash message informing me that when somebody has else updated the agenda and asking me to reload in the page meantime
**so that** I can continue my presentation or reach buttons under the flash message without being forced to reload the whole page. That is specially crucial for mobile users, as the flash banner overlaps important buttons that are not reachable unless you remove the banner.
**Acceptance criteria**
* In On concurrent edits of the meeting agenda the blue information flash banner that appears on concurrent edits offers the reload of the meeting agenda, there is a close (X) page contains an X icon button on the top right corner that allows users to dismiss it
* Once dismissed, will remove the flash is not displayed again until the page is reloaded message immediately.
* The dismissal now adds \[open\] When a link in new event of another concurrent edit arrives the PageHeader description after banner will not appear again as the "Last updated {x} minutes ago." line: "Refresh presenter got aware of concurrent changes and already chose to see changes".
