**As** a reader of a meeting agenda
**I want to** be able to dismiss the blue flash message when somebody else updated the agenda in the meantime
**so that** I can continue my presentation or reach buttons under the flash message without being forced to reload the whole page. That is specially crucial for mobile users, as the flash banner overlaps important buttons that are not reachable unless you remove the banner.
**Acceptance criteria**
* On concurrent edits of the meeting agenda the blue information flash banner that offers the reload of the page contains an X icon button on the top right that will remove the flash message immediately.
* \[open\] When a new event of another concurrent edit arrives the banner will not appear again as the presenter got aware of concurrent changes and already chose to ignore it. again.
