### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as an admin
2. Go Administration > Users and Permissions > Roles and permissions
3. You need to assign "View project attributes" to the non-member permissions, as that will define the default checked permissions for a new role
4. Click on '+Role'
5. 4. Enter a name, tick the box 'Global' and save
### What is the buggy behavior?
* Error is thrown (see below screenshot)
* Role is not created
### What is the expected behavior?
1. No error
2. successful role creation
